Working with Sandra was an enriching experience in every respect. Her unconventional ideas and approaches were inspiring and got us out of our old methods and habits time and again. Her structured approach and reliability were a massive support when it came to preparing and conducting the seminar. Sandra’s use of language is very clear and always to the point. Our collaboration was a pleasant and harmonious experience all round and, accordingly, the goals that we set for the seminar were fully achieved.

Sandra supported our large and complex change programme as an external consultant. Working with her was a great experience and a lot of fun. What particularly impressed and struck me was her ability to organise all of our change activities systemically and consistently, to constantly measure against the overall goals of the programme and to ensure that we adhered to the parameters that we set when our journey towards change began. At the same time, she managed the balancing act of incorporating the needs of our target groups - even in the short term - appropriately into the measures for change that we designed. During our time working together, I benefited greatly from her wealth of experience and expertise in dealing with change and, looking at my own personal development as a facilitator and trainer, grew quite a bit as well - not least because she was always available as my sparring partner and coach.
